LSOE Learning is an online CPD e-learning platform based in the United Kingdom. We provide accredited online courses, certificates of completion, and professional development resources. In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LSOE Learning.

  • Course enrolment and payments: When you purchase a course, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. We retain a record of your order, amount paid, and enrolment status.
  • Course progress: We record which lessons you have completed, your quiz and assessment results, and your overall course progress percentage.
  • Communications: If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we retain a record of your correspondence.
  • Technical data: We may collect standard log data, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance monitoring purposes.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 4 below.

3. How we use your information

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling authentication cookies may prevent you from logging in or accessing course content.

5. Payments

Course payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. When you make a payment, your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We retain a record of your order number, payment status, and the amount paid for account and support purposes.

6. Course enrolment and certificates

When you enrol in a course, we store a record of your enrolment, your lesson completion status, quiz results, and any certificates issued to you. Certificate records are retained to allow verification of your achievement and to support your professional development records.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. If you close your account, we will retain certain records (such as purchase history and certificates) for a reasonable period to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
